Client Support & Intake                  Services

Group Program Planning        and Facilitation

I have one-on-one experience performing client intake interviews, gathering pertinent background history, and assisting with assessments to provide individualized treatment planning. Creating a calm, a welcoming environment helps clients feel safe during their initial interaction with recovery services.

My contributions to the development and delivery of group programs for the success of  AA and NA clients. New support groups structuring for client needs, organized meeting schedules, and helped facilitate sessions, strengthening my skills in communication, and peer interaction.

Resource Navigation &                  Advocacy

During my internship, I frequently support clients in accessing essential social services such as food banks, mental health care, and housing. By building a firm foundation with local service providers and understanding the individual challenges of each client, I helped update referrals to reduce wait times. This hands-on experience nurtured my  ability to advocate effectively, direct complex needs, and aid with holistic client recovery.
